My bad Dream

       One day I finished my work and that time i felt so tired . I went to my home I ate dinner after that I took a shower .I was mad when I went to bad  to sleep . I dreamed i was playing football with my friend and he hit the ball on my face .  I saw that time in my dream my bottom teeth were shaky . I was crying and mad  . When I went to my home my teeth fell and I lost my teeth .  after that I wake up in the morning I was very afraid . Because I know that is not good . I told my older sister about my dream . She told me don't tell anybody  about this dream tray forget . I said " OK " . Months passed my mother got heart disease . Brothers and I we took me mother to hospital  . Doctor said "she need surgery . She has problem with heart valves . I was shock and anxiety . however , doctor was not good in that time . He mistakes in the first operation . He mistake in tailoring heart and he repeated again . Also , he mistake again . She is died after that my grandmother died .In conclusion  Some dreams carry a lot of meaning . " sorry mam " . 

Sandstorm

       My name is Abdullah . I am from Jeddah its a city in Saudi Arabia . Which  has sandstorm in summer  It start with wind hold dust and make a big cloud over the ground and its start from one to three hours .Our sandstorm can destroy cars and electric .Also its stop the schools and companies because it make the weather not clear . Sometimes  people get injuries when they are drive in dust for example car accident  . And health disease such as eye allergy.  No one has died  from dust storm because its not that danger .A lot of farmers get problems with their farms its get destroyed the fruit and tress by sandstorm they have a hears attack from what happened to them .I think we should listen to the advices  from the ministry of meteorology  in radio or TV to don't have injures,health problems and business to be safe. 

     

Cholesterol and heart disease **

Cholesterol is caused by high levels of oil in the blood . It is caused by eating food that is not healthy such as pizza hamburgers and soda . Healthy food such as vegetables , grains nuts and fish help to prevent heart disease.
Cholesterol floos trom the arteries to the heart .Children and older people will get more heart disease because the don't exercise or right . This is a problem around the world people who eat well will live longer .

      A high level of cholesterol in the blood is an important risk factor for heart disease . Some people say that the danger of heart  disease is exaggerated .  people with cholesterol suffer chest pains that make simple activities . Research has proven that  cholesterol level  are connected with heart disease.  The researchers have found that the  people who have high level of cholesterol have more heart attacks . Cholesterol comes from the liver the amount of  cholesterol is affected by diet and by physical qualities people inherit from their parents . Heart disease begins in children as young as 3 years old . To lower your cholesterol level you must change your eating habits . we should educate everyone about the danger of cholesterol . A low cholesterol diet that cuts out most animal products and high-fat vegetables may be unfamiliar to people . The heart association says to use no added fat of any kind . Learn about grains and vegetables . restaurants should provide healthy meals that are low in fat salt , and cholesterol . Healthy people are more confident . 

Abdullah Elk

           I am Abdullah Elk. I live in Amazon forest in the cave. I eat grace and leaf of trees. It is very delicious .Weather in Amazon cold in winter and very hot in summer. I keep my body warm by fur .I protect myself from the enemies by the antler and walk with big group .I have very strong hearing, smelling senses which help me to feel the danger before i get hunt . In addition, I can see everything moving around me because I have big eyes. I can't imagine my home in forest destroyed. I think when my home destroys; I will live in ZOO in the city. I will eat garbage and newspapers. I cannot live without rain forest because it is my environment .

Abdullah :Across siberia to North america

         Abdullah and his team left Russia on 1733. First, their destination was North America .The goal of the expedition was to explore the east coast of Siberia. Then, find out if Asia and North America were joined. The leader planned everything before they begin. The team included a few scientists some people they have experience for traveled and languages a lot of strong soldiers, sailors, doctors, medications,  food and water enough for the trip and a lot of an animals.
       After that, it took ten years to reach their destination .The team faced some problems such as, shortage of food and storms. They arrived and on first week they were working on discovering the location. After that, they started building and fixing new ships because some of the old got damaged and some skin into the ocean. Soon later, they traveled to the eastern coast. During the sealing they faced a lot of storms and because of that they arrived lately to their destination which is located on the other side of the sea which leads Abdullah to realize that the Africa and Asia are separated from each other.
        Abdullah draw a map for his retune way so it became easy for them to arrive early. They started a new life there. They stayed one year during that time Abdullah showed the good characteristics of leading his team. After that, they returned to their country without any loses. He is hero because he has a good experience and good control.
